Michael B. S. Treisman

Michael B. S. Treisman is currently Associate General Counsel for Citigroup Investments Inc. based in the New York City, which he joined in 2005. Prior to joining Citigroup Investments, Mr. Treisman served as an attorney with the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. His practice focused on corporate and financial transactions. Mr. Treisman joined Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in 2001. He received a J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law in 2000 and an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. From 2000 to 2001, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony Scirica of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Treisman worked as a legislative assistant to U.S. Congressman Barney Frank. His native language is English.
