Adora has spent a decade focused on cross-sectional leadership in the for-profit and non-profit education and finance sectors. This past month, she joined an edtech software company, Curriculum Associates (CA), where she leads the M&A and strategic partnerships function for a mission-oriented business that serves 8.5 million students annually. Prior to joining CA, Adora was at Goldman Sachs where she and a Partner worked to relaunch its education coverage efforts within its banking division as a part of GS’s growth initiatives. In addition, Adora spent a few years leading college and career readiness initiatives at the Harlem Children’s Zone, a non-profit focused on eradicating poverty, which serves over 26,000 children and adults and a few years at Barclays Capital. Adora is based in Union City, NJ and is a newlywed. She is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
