Andrea M. Headley is an Assistant Professor in the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of public management, criminal justice, and social equity. Specifically, she investigates how organizational-, managerial-, and individual-level factors affect public service delivery and outcomes. Andrea completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Public Policy and Administration at Florida International University, where she also received a M.S. in Criminal Justice. She also holds a B.S.Ed. in Community and Program Development with a double major in Criminology from the University of Miami.
