Greatest Impact

I am a firm believer in the power of and importance of public service. My greatest impact thus far is in what I’ve been able to accomplish through my work teaching, coaching and mentoring young people who share my passion for making a difference through public service. Teaching at AU, and assuming the directorship of our storied and top-ranked program in Public Policy is the honor of a lifetime for me. It is also a challenge; our world is in a very unique place right now, and it will take many creative problem solvers to help navigate the many challenges ahead of us as a society. I am proud to lead our program in a way that equips our students with fresh and diverse perspectives to their work.
