Jordan Goldberg is a Co-founder of CRC, a New York based creator of and investor in hospitality-centric real estate ventures. Through CRC, Jordan sources, underwrites, and executes investment opportunities at the intersection of real estate and hospitality, and then plays an active role in stewarding investments through realization.

Prior to forming CRC, Jordan Goldberg was a Managing Director in AllianceBernstein’s Real Estate Investments Group, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and asset managing investments for two real estate opportunity funds, with approximately $2bn of discretionary equity. Jordan transacted in markets across the US in the land, industrial, retail, hotel, and residential sectors, with a particular focus on real-estate-venture-capital and special situations.

Prior to AllianceBernstein, Jordan worked at iStar Financial, a leading NYSE-listed commercial real estate company with more than $20 billion of real estate assets under management. Jordan primarily worked with iStar’s London-based platform, iStar Europe, focusing on structured debt and equity investments, asset management, and strategic partnership development. Jordan began his career as an Analyst with Credit Suisse in the Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group.

Jordan graduated with a BA in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. Jordan is a member of the Board of Trustees and Finance Chair of the Ron Brown Scholar Program.
