Kili Gilmore is the Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and is responsible for execution of strategies and programs that foster a culture of inclusion and increase diverse representation while positioning Otis as an employer of choice across all dimensions of diversity.
Kili joined Otis in 2017, and brings over 5 years of experience within Human Resources with a particular emphasis in global strategy, recruitment, change management and employee engagement. Prior to Otis, Kili was a HR Business Partner for PepsiCo, Frito Lay and GE Healthcare.
