Ryan Whitfield

Ryan Whitfield is a Ron Brown Captain Alumni (’18) and a graduate of Princeton University (‘18), where he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Computer Science. At Princeton, Ryan was a member of the National Society of Black Engineers and was a member of the Black Student Union. He also held leadership positions in Princeton’s Entrepreneurship Club and Princeton’s Quadrangle Club.

Ryan is involved in recruiting efforts for the Technology Development Program and the Technology Internship Program, serving as a Buddy Lead for Princeton University. In this role, he provides training and resources to associates who will interact with candidates and partners with the recruiting team to develop strategies and conversion plans.

Outside of work, Ryan volunteers with the Ron Brown Leaders Network to provide professional development opportunities for participants. This includes reviewing resumes for resume clinics and participating in one-on-one advising sessions. He volunteers as a Group Buddy with Jill’s House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to children with intellectual and neurological disabilities. Ryan is a participant of the UCLA Riordan MBA Fellows Program, which prepares recent college graduates for graduate education in business management.
