Holly Duke joined the Ron Brown Scholar Program in 2013 as the Director of Leadership and Engagement. She has built a career around serving high-achieving college students and alumni. Prior to RBSP, Holly worked in higher education for 11 years in career counseling, academic advising and program director roles at UNC Chapel Hill, Duke University and UVA School of Law. Holly’s current role as Director Of Leadership and Engagement allows her to concenter her professional interests in early career professionals, nonprofit/private partnerships, program management, and inclusion. In the community Holly is a founding member, former board president and now volunteer coordinator for The Alyssa House – a medical hospitality house serving pediatric patients and their families. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her family and volunteering with animals for the SPCA. Holly has a BS in Communications from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and an MS in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
